😃As a black woman with uniquely natural colored green eyes unfortunatly some women are intimidated of that at the work place: therefore, I was thrilled again and regained the spark of interest towards life with my somewhat recent departure from this company because in my opinion it's not a Team spirited environment at all😔, I felt dead working here. It was best to kill my drive of happyness towards life in order to tolerate working here 8 hours daily. One female Trainer wanted to see what everyone looks like, she wanted to get a good look at me through the camera. I guess that was to racially profile the new employees because we worked mobile and mostly from different States/Cities, however, she wanted me to reveal myself so that she could see how I truly appeared.
After I allowed her or she was able to view me thru camera she began to treat my differently. She would say things towards me such as ' as for the rest of the class as if I were not included w/everyone else, she would single me out. This very same Trainer Barb would sometimes tell me things such as 'I don't know how to help you. One day while working on site upon entering the office I was asked to move the computer, the issues was how close Kim was in my face starring deeply into my eyes while speaking, she never introduced herself as a professional, her approach was rude, pompous and unnecessary. My last day there I believe the Field/floor Manager Kim( a black lady) wore a big long curly wig and an awful tone of green for her complexion/ that color of green did not compliment her color tone - it was a vibrant grass green colored dress which in my opinion mocked the color of my eyes. My last day there Kim was on the telephone speaking to someone loudly laughing about the different opportunities and how she can recommend a certain employee for a higher position should the opportunity arise. A pompous female, but yet internally jealous, and over weighted. Well all of that speaks to the unprofessional mannerism in which Kim displayed. I do not weigh as much as Kim, nor do I desire anything involving her including a position within WTW.
