Die Massage war ganz gut und entspannend, aber ich hatte auch schon bessere. Wenn ich 90 Minuten bezahle, möchte ich aber auch 90 Minuten massiert werden und nicht nur 80. Wenn man dann im Nachhinein gesagt bekommt, man sei ja ein paar Minuten zu spät gewesen, zählt das Argument für mich nicht. Vor allem wenn man vorher einen Kaffe angeboten bekommt und in aller Ausführlichkeit den Ablauf erklärt bekommt. Und hinterher bekam man noch Zeit zum Nachruhen und Umziehen. Dann scheint ja kein Zeitdruck da gewesen zu sein. Das Kopfteil der Massageliege roch ein bisschen nach ranzigem Massageöl, was nicht so angenehm war. Mandy zeigt wenig Kulanz bei abgelaufenen Gutscheinen.
