Tolles Hotel, welches schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen ist, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet und läd zum Benutzen ein. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut und falls man doch lieber in einem großen Restaurant Essen möchte so muss man nur die Hauptstraße überqueren und kann dann im Longhorn Steakhouse seinen Gaumen verwöhnen lassen. Wer noch Zeit hat sollte unbedingt die knapp 20 Minuten entfernten Niagara Fälle besuchen, ein Naturschauspiel welches man nicht versäumen sollte!

Hotel ist in Flughafennähe ca. 15min Essn ist ausgezeichnet. Nur etwas teuer. Die mall ist auch in der Nähe. Zimmer sind groß und Betten bequem.

By far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m a travel hockey parent. We stay in quite a few hotels. I booked online and nothing was mentioned about a $250 security deposit. When asking the front desk for an explanation or a manager the response was “I’m new and there isn’t a manager” What a huge help that was. The rooms are filthy! It just screamed dirty. I won’t even get into the bathroom. I’ll make sure to spread the word about this place. Tell me you rip people off without telling me. The lady in front of me was complaining about the same thing.

Over the years, this hotel has been our go-to spot when visiting from Canada for our shopping trips.

After this last visit, we won't be staying here anymore.

The hotel is messy, dirty, and poorly maintained. For example, when we arrived, the drinks table beside the reception was very wet with garbage all over it. Another example is the black stains in the shower and the stains on the bed sheets.

The tipping point for us was that it is very noisy late into the night. There is no regulation of the pool area. Large groups of people talk loudly into the night. Kids can be heard running and yelling as well. It disrupted our family's sleep and didn't quiet down until past 1am.

We tolerated it during our previous visit in May, but this last trip got to the point that it is no longer worth the price and convenient location.

This hotel is awful. So incredibly dirty. I've never stayed at a hotel in my life where I felt so uncomfortable because of how dirty it was. You can tell it is not properly cleaned. I wish you could give it 0 stars. I urge you to book anywhere else. The health board really needs to do an inspection.

We spent a weekend here for a hockey tournament not unlike the majority of the guests. My family and I have never been treated so terrible and criminal like anywhere. On our first of three nights the security threatened to call the police on our group if we didn’t clear out of the common area by 11. We were not being disruptive nor where the kids, a simple ask may have been a better approach.
On our third afternoon while some kids were swimming for a few hours, out of the blue two guards walked in and told us to read the sign…we were to not have any drink or food in the pool area. This is not what the signs dictate, in fact all it says is no glass of course. We cleared out of he area abs headed to the on premise bar. While there the security guards called the “Buffalo police” on us. Stating we left all of our children roaming the halls unattended to which we responded with, they are in fact safely in one room gaming. The “rent a cop” preceded to the courtyard where they then told Milton winterhawks to clear out by 10 pm or they would be fined.
One family was approached but some ladies of the night as they were leaving for the rink at 6am, maybe the police should worry about what is outside the hotel more than the 10yrs playing video games inside.
As a team, we spent thousands of dollars into the local businesses and this hotel, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Our children were scare of the police and threats of being kicked out of the hotel. There was NO damage or any issues by any of the hockey teams but clearly new management from last year to this year. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I will scream it from the roof tops to all hockey teams!! Beware!! Unbelievable! This hotel was suggested by the tournament (winter ice experience) organizers, wow! Just wow!

Absolutely awful stay. Traveled with our hockey team and reserved our rooms over a month in advance, received confirmation numbers ahead of time. Drive there, there's no room reserved for us. The desk clerk has one available, so we decided to take that, no big. In a span of 10 minutes I was given 3 different room totals, all pf which weren't even remotely close to each other. At the same time that the credit card machine on the counter "wouldn't work" and I'm asked to manually enter my bank account number on the tablet. Seems suspicious to me, so I went onto Expedia, booked and paid for a room and let them know this and emailed the confirmation receipt to the manager for her records as well.After 2 and a half hours, they understood this, got us in our room. Half of our team changed rooms in the middle of the night because the rooms were disgusting. Upon check out, we leave our keys and head off to our event, within an hour the manager is calling me because they are AGAIN trying to charge my card for the original reservation that they dropped the ball on, even after I booked online and emailed the receipt so they wouldn't forget. This was an absolute disaster of a trip for my family and quite a few others with our party. Wouldn't recommend at all.

So we booked 2 rooms for us and 4 kids. 1 room had a really loud ac. The next room they switched us had bad ac. Hot and no air. Really dry. Pool was not so clean. No staff to clean up messes. Kids running around doing anything. The doors slam shut. If your in bed you can feel everyone's door slam. The doors don't close. You have to slam them shut. You can hear everything in the pool area
Not very sound proof. Staff were nice. But overall
