When I first entered the room, I thought the front desk gave me the smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. It was a non- smoking room, and it smelled terrible. The pillow was comfy but the bed gave me a bad back this morning! I was watching my Netflix movie on my phone and my phone fell on the side of the bed by the wall. I couldn't reach my phone and tried to move the bed. I couldn't, and I tried to find anything to reach my phone, I took their tray from the bathroom sink and used it to reach my phone. As soon I got my phone, it was disgusting! Dusts all over my phone and hands! The floor under the bed has never been mopped! There were some graffiti on the walls and on the chair! There were chips on the door, shower head leaking and splashing all over the toilet ( I was scared at first because I thought someone came in the bathroom to use the toilet since the seat was wet. But it came from the shower head.) I have stayed in cheaper hotel before and it was nicer than this hotel room. I was not happy staying at this place and NEVER AGAIN.

The rooms are in poor condition, with mold everywhere and hanging wires. There is a bad smell, and the staff at the front desk seem unwilling to help; they appear to be just pretending to work. For instance, they cannot process refunds directly—you have to call them and wait about 20 minutes.I hope you are reading this review before booking IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW ITS NOT WORTH IT

Like another user said, if only a 0 star review was a thing. There were roaches and BED BUGS! Some rooms may look nice and tidy while other’s are badly maintained. They said that their office are opened 24 hours but manager isn’t there, so if you’re resting for the night and try to get in contact with staff for a refund, they won’t give a refund at all as they are not authorized to but only the manager can. When we found out and confronted the workers about bed bugs, they reacted surprised as if they didn’t know. But most of these reviews clearly states and quote that their rooms had beg bugs. Obviously the workers were lying and trying to cover things up. Do not consider staying here! Management is terrible!

Mai visto uno schifo del genere. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la porta e finestra aperta in inverno per il tanfo di muffa nella stanza. Oltretutto 80$ invece dei 50 che dicono. INDEGNO

Worst hotel ever!! If 0 stars was possible that is what they would get. Writing on walls in room, bed bugs. Sink had a badleak. Changed me rooms and the (better) room had writing in wall neither one had TV. This one the toilet won't flush. Towels dirty. Bugs in room. Horrible!!!

Not a good place to stay, it's better and safer and more comfortable to sleep in your vehicle. No joke, I never write reviews but I think it will be helpful to warn you not to stay in this place. First, the floor and every spot in this place it's filthy and it smells bad. Second, the TV didn't turned on at all. Third, roaches everywhere, on the walls, beds, etc. I decided to stay only for 30 minutes. It's a no no no.

Every room comes with roaches, pluming issues ,cigarette smell, exposed wiring (lose outlets) and moldly smelling ac units!✨️

Out of their 50+ rooms they are all vandalized. Street walkers will also knock on your door for sale.

Super noisy and lively at night, someone is always smoking outside.

Not a safe space for kids.

Got bites from laying in the bed.

Manager will give you a hard time about moving rooms and is rudely prideful to the point where he will threaten to call the cops due to them not being very acommidating for what youre paying for.

Their room services are very delayed due to having some broken washer and dryers.

No washer and dryers.

No breakfast, just coffee.

No elevators, so not disabled friendly and gave an older couple a hard time about it too.

This place was disgusting. It honestly should be condemned with the state it’s in. It was cheap and pet friendly which was a bonus for us, but not worth it at all. We walked into the room and immediately walked out. I don’t know how this place is legally allowed to operate with the number of health code violations I saw in our room in the 5 minutes we were there. We instantly walked out and got a refund. There was a horrific smell of mold that gave me a headache after 5 mins. The mold and mildew was so bad in the bathroom the ceiling was collapsing in on itself right over the shower head. Electrical safety hazards/possible fire hazards were present since there was an outlet full on hanging out of the wall. The floors were scrapped and chipped and beaten to all hell. Which I could have lived with but the dirt on the floors absolutely not. Filthy towels. Filthy floor, filthy bathroom, filthy walls. There were cockroaches everywhere dead and alive. Literally some left smashed on the walls. This place is the definition of dingy disgusting hotel. Do not attempt to stay here’s the price is keep for a reason. You’ll end up bringing a roach infestation home as a souvenir if you do. Hell on earth headquarters for a cheap fee located in Fresno. (The staff was very friendly and gave us the refund… but not after trying to get us to stay in a different room first.. after seeing the real reviews off the hotel booking site.. I am glad we went somewhere more expensive and much better). The pictures online seemed quaint and clean. Nothing too fancy but I assume those were taken decades ago.
