Entouch wireless services at the most is 2G. And their customer services is barely 1 star. I've called several times since starting my service 6 months ago and never had an issue resolved. I've just dealt with the service or lack thereof best as I can. Any free cellular service I've had in the past is way better. Currently looking for a new phone company. Their free phones barely work with the cell towers in Arizona and they take your mobile date even while on wifi. So make sure you check it doesn't automatically switch off while connected to wifi.Called cs and they didn't even know about the issue.Just because because ppl are on public assistance doesn't mean treat them like trash! No wonder they have 2 stars.

Communication is a very strong barrier. It's no different with any of the other ACP program phone companies. It seems like all these companies have their call centers based outside of the US. Government-funded means no accountability.

I would not recommend them as a lifeline company. When my previous provider dropped out of my state, EnTouch was one of the few that would offer services in my state.
Choosing them was the worst mistake I could make. I got the approval from the state and waited for them to send me my number and the product I ordered as part of my package. It never came, even after two months. I tried reaching out to them multiple times and never heard back.
I tried calling them and couldn't get through. I'd say their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but that would imply their customer service even existed.
I can't see how they are getting government money when to my knowledge they are not able to follow through on their part. Nor did they communicate with their clients in any way if the other reviews are anything to go by. Do not use.

WORST PHONE COMPANY EVER I PAID OVER $200 last month on minutes data and text nothing is FREE all LIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS the lifeline service is a scam! The customer service representatives do NOT HELP only give you the run around! I refuse to give entouch wireless anymore money I’m getting a new # save yourself TIME just don’t!!!

I lose service every single month for hours to days at a time. When i call to fix the problem they always tell me a certain amount of hours to wait then instuct me to turn my phone off then back on and it will work. Yet it almost never works. My service hasnt worked since friday and its now Tuesday. Ive called and emailed them so many times and i still dont have service and they get away with it. Its a lifeline phone and i have a handicapped daughter in my home. Its unsafe. They dont even deserve one Star but i had to put a star to make a complaint !

Entouch wireless is the worst I mean made me regret even giving this a try I never received all my money it was always a different story why you didn’t receive all your money and I always received my payments thru cash app. And when I quit they harassed me about the raggedy phones even keep going back and fourth the master agent. Threatening me with pressing charges calling at 6 am in the morning told me I was hood and a single mother but I’m a licensed nurse and you mam sit on a corner giving out phones all day and you have 6 kids oh okay

The response amazes me. I requested a transfer to US support and was told no other person available to talk with about my issue. Marina, from so-called customer support, submitted a ticket to the support team and was all she could do. Maybe her training should be updated. She advised no manager in office but her as supervisor. Dumbfounded in Kansas.

All customer service is through a call center in Central America. No escalation process. The agents repeat themselves without addressing your real issue. No other number in the US to report customer support issues. No actual US office. Automated system restricts to monthly renewal vs active until deactivated.

Monthly renewal changed on April 1, 2019 where your phoneplan is deactivated on the 31st but not reactivated until SOMETIME on the 1st of next month. Thereby, leaving you without phone service within that window of time. Last two months, I've been without service for most of the day on the 1st. No notice when reactivated. When you call about issue, it's like a recording. No concern that customers are left without service for this timeframe. I am disabled and try on this service. No other lifeline provider in my area.

This company shouldn't be a lifeline provider.
