The food quality was not up to par with the prices. I had to send a medium steak back to the chief due to the fact that around the entire edge of both sides was charred black, the inside was cooked to a medium though. The service was great because I was explaining to my wife the reasons why the steak wasn't cooked right. Then our waitress came over and asked if my food was cooked to my liking. I told her the reasons I didn't like the steak and our waitress returned my plate to the chief. Our waitress return with a completely new plate and a steak cooked perfectly. Overall not a bad night but would expect better for the prices.

I have great memories over the years here. Paul Snyder did it right in the early days. I miss the old style service and food presentations for choice. Times change, but the steaks are still very good and I love the now older decor. I'm old too. So what? Love Mr Jocko on the piano. A true legend. Going back on Friday 8/19/16 for another classy evening.

This is an amazing restaurant to go. They tater to every need. We were there for our anniversary. And my husband had told them that it was our anniversary and the table was set up with rose petals and it was an awesome area to where we were sitting. Quiet, quaint and cozy. The food is amazing. This is a must go to place. Especially if you're celebrating something nice.

Excellent service and food, just hope Morton's can keep the level of service and personal touch that en has established over the years. Miss Jackie at the piano, he added so much to the atmosphere and was a key differentiator to the restaurant scene in Buffalo.

Went for Anniversary dinner enjoyed the ambiance the wait staff was good, My food was good, I just will not order my steak medium well ever again or the au poivre steak way to much cracked pepper.The wife had the chicken which she enjoyed she just don't eat much and sits in the fridge and goes to the dog. Appetizers were some balls of goodness with cheese like a mozzarella stick but lighter and the mac n cheese delicious.

We have been here several times and always enjoyed the food. The service is the best, very friendly. We had Sean as a server this time and was great. Even the valet parking is excellant.
The problem I have is that more and more you are letting anyone walk in absolutely not dressed for this establishment. There was a large table of buffoons behind us that were dressed like they just got off a construction site....and I work in construction! They had shirts totally unbuttoned, collars half inside out, t-shirts hanging out, dirty jeans and on it went. It was similiarto this when we were here a few months ago, one guy even wore a woolen touque all the time, and his buddy w/a cap on backwards. I won't even go on about the table full of guys wearing sweats!!
Is EB Green's so desperate for business? You would think that when a restaurant is in the Hyatt and there is a piano player as you walk, people would clue in to a certain level of class. I am not that old, however I find this unacceptable. I can go to some wing joint to find this manner of clientel.

Service wasn't great, slow, food was cold when it eventually came, it is over priced for what it really is. Took my father here while I was in town because he raved about how good it used to be 30 years ago, and even he was disappointed

AWFUL! Seriously don't eat here. My tomahawk steak was raw and the bone that came with it did not match. It had dings in it like they pulled it from a garbage bin.
I hope you like dingy, grease covered 80's decor.
